Pediatric Dentistry
Pediatric dentistry is a specialized branch of dentistry that focuses on the oral health of children, from infancy through adolescence.
As a pediatric dental office, we want to build a dental home for your child and develop an ongoing relationship to deliver the best oral health care in a family-centered way. As the parent, you are a vital member of our team and we encourage your participation.
Every child is unique and has a right to express their individuality. We strive to meet the unique needs of infants, children, adolescents and patients with special needs and take a genuine interest in the well-being of your child. We will always discover ways to make your child feel comfortable through our words, kindness, laughter, patience and other behavior management techniques.
At Growing Smiles Children’s Dentistry we believe that it is a privilege to treat children and it is our mission to treat each child as if they were our own.

Most often, the stinging sensation is caused by the anesthetic being put in too quickly. With The Wand, the flow rate of the local anesthetic is controlled by a computer. This means that the injection is guaranteed to be slow and steady and therefore comfortable.
We use a combination of low-dose digital X-rays and a computer to create pictures of your teeth, bones, and other tissues.
Nitrous Oxide is a safe and effective method of reducing anxiety and discomfort during dental procedures and induces a sense of relaxation.
Silver Diamine Fluoride contain silver ions and fluoride ions, which have antibacterial and remineralization properties. Its typically used to address and prevent dental caries (tooth decay).
Dr. Parhar and staff are very friendly. We are going to growing smiles dentistry for years now. Timely recommendation by Dr. Parhar helped address key dental issue for my daughter. It’s a safe and fun environment for kids!
The overall experience was smooth, and the staff/doctors were friendly. The speed was so fast. It took slightly less than 10 min from entering the office to being done with cleaning. I might slightly prefer a lengthier semi-annual cleaning for the kid.
Today was the first time we brought in all 5 of our children. They spoke with our children and educated them respectfully. Dr. Gurveena Parhar is educated and empathetic . The whole staff was kind and accommodating!
Very professional, very friendly staff. My daughter had major anxiety about going there the first time, but they made her feel comfortable and by the end she didn’t want to leave! On our second visit, she was excited for the dentist to look at her teeth. Great with kids!
